Andrew "Andy" Jackson Arnold, III

ALBANY, GA – Andrew “Andy” Jackson Arnold, III, 66, of Worth County passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Mt. Sinai Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:45 PM Tuesday at Cobb Funeral Chapel. The family will also receive friends both before and after the service at his sister’s residence. Born July 8, 1956, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late Andrew Jackson Arnold, Jr. and Nancy Lee Parker Arnold. Mr. Andy was a fun-loving person who was the life the party anywhere he went. He liked to dance, listen to his favorite music, and ride motorcycles, especially riding his mini chopper around the neighborhood. Mr. Andy was a skilled worker who held a variety of jobs including a job at Coats & Clark where he met Debra who became the love of his life and companion of almost 42 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Arnold; and his sisters, Judy Kent and Shelby Jean Arnold. Survivors include his beloved wife, Debra Stumpe Arnold; son, Michael Shane Arnold and Janet; sister, Lisa Kirkland and husband Wayne; and numerous family members and friends.
