MOULTRIE, GA – Anthis Harnage Sellers, 89, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, September 8, 2023, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Riverside Holiness Church with the Reverend Mark Jordan, Reverend Matt Stout, and Brother Brice Jordan officiating.   Interment will follow in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Casketbearers will be Matt Stout, Brice Jordan, Robbie Graham, Michael Graham, Timmy Hunter, and Tracy Hunter.

Born November 21, 1933, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late James Lester Harnage and Willie Bell Peacock Harnage.  Mrs. Sellers retired from Riverside Manufacturing Company as a transporter and attended Riverside Holiness Church.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family and church family dearly.  Mrs. Sellers enjoyed gospel music, and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Howell Sellers, Sr.; son, James “Jimmy” Howell Sellers, Jr.; sisters, Elizabeth Harnage Redmond, Wilma Harnage Morey, Delitha Mae Harnage; brother, James Elvin Harnage.

Survivors include her daughters, Janice Feagin Shrouder and husband Tommy of Broxton, GA, Regina Sellers Harrell and husband Bob of Moultrie, Trudy Sellers Gilstrap of Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren, Jenna Harrell Stout and husband Matt, Jaela Harrell and boyfriend Brice Jordan, Robbie Graham, Michael Graham and wife Robin; great-grandchildren, Jay Graham, Ellie Graham, and Caroline Graham; sister-in-law, Jeannie Harnage; special caregiver, Pam Spurlock; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members and friends.
