Barbara Lee Simmons Hall, 71, of Moultrie, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021 at her home.

          No formal services are planned at this time.

          Born December 29, 1949 in Colquitt County, she was the daughter of the late Fred Simmons and Myrtice Fender Simmons.  Mrs. Hall was a retired nurse from Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and was of the Baptist faith.   She loved her family, and her favorite pastime was going fishing in her own boat.  Mrs. Hall enjoyed watching westerns on tv and her favorite show was Tombstone Territory.   One of her great joys in life, was being able to help other people with her nursing skills.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hall; sister, Sally Simmons.

          Survivors include her children, Melody Deal and husband Randy, Selena Redmond all from Moultrie, Tonya Prince of Oklahoma, Donald Hall, Jr. and wife Kellie of Albany; fifteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sisters and brother, June Dempsey, Pam Fowler and husband Dex, Patsy Roberts and husband E.W. all of Moultrie, Rose McQuaig of Sparks, Freddie Simmons and wife Mary of Moultrie, Tom Simmons, Gary Simmons both of Moultrie; best-friend, Cathy Peak of Albany.
