Betty Faye White

Betty Faye Jackson White, 79, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Ron Shiver officiating.  Interment will follow in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Born May 28, 1942, in Colquitt County Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. Jackson and Velma Murphy Jackson.   Mrs. White was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith.  She loved her family, enjoyed working in her flowers, sewing, crocheting, arts and crafts. Mrs. White enjoy cooking and watching cooking shows.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton “PeeWee” White; sisters, Katharine Smith and Barbara Jackson.

Survivors include her children, Danny White and girlfriend Kathy Hinson, Cindy White Roberts all of Moultrie; grandchildren, Melanie Canady and husband Michael, Daniel White and wife Tara, Zachary “Lance” White and wife Rose, Dustin White; great-grandchildren, Jonathan White, Daelyn Canady, Zane White, Kane White, Lane White, Gannon White, Jordan Bullard, Jacob Bullard and Jada Dodson; sisters and brothers, Mary Jarvis and husband Jerrell, Bonnie Taylor all of Moultrie, Ronnie Jackson and Debbie of Meigs, Ricky Jackson and wife Debbie of Funston.
