Brenda Joyce Taylor Allen

MOULTRIE, GA – Brenda Joyce Taylor Allen, 82, of Moultrie, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 4, 2024, at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Stanley Norman officiating. 

The family will receive friends after the service in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Born January 27, 1942, in Anderson City, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late JH Taylor and Winnie Mae Reynolds Taylor. Mrs. Brenda retired from Riverside Manufacturing Company as a seamstress and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She loved her church family and was a terrific cook. Mrs. Brenda was not a mama to any one child, but a mama to all. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Buddy” Allen. 

Mrs. Brenda was loved by many and will always be remembered by numerous bonus family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pine Grove Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
