Carlos Levane Fowler

MOULTRIE, GA – Carlos Levane “CL” Fowler, 77, of Moultrie, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Willow Lodge.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Westview Cemetery with Brother Jerry Tillman and Mr. Kim Bird officiating. 

The family will be receiving friends at the residence of Amy and Michael Williams and at the graveside after the service.

Born June 26, 1947, in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Joseph Roscoe Fowler and Mildred Louise Eubanks Fowler. Mr. Levane worked at Briggs Auto Parts before leaving the workforce. He was a loving father who cared about his family deeply and considered them his greatest treasure in life. Mr. Levane had a kind heart and would help others whenever he found an opportunity to bless someone else. He enjoyed being outdoors and running his beagles every chance he got. Mr. Levane was a Christian and a Child of God.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Oliver Burt Itson and Joseph Lamar Fowler.

Survivors include his daughters, Carla Fowler Bird and husband Kim, and Amy Fowler Williams and husband Michael; grandchildren, Savanna McMillan and significant other Joseph, Courtney Williams and fiancé Hunter, Payton Williams, Jessica Marshall and husband Jim, Jared Bird and wife Iri, and Ryan Bird; great-grandchildren, Carson Williams, Preston Marshall, Nathan Marshall, and Owen Marshall; along with several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
