Carol Kent

MOULTRIE, GA – Carol Kent, 79, of Moultrie, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. 

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. 

 Born July 7, 1944, in Camp LeJeune, NC, she was the daughter of the late Reverend Harles Earnest and Ruby Evelyn Dupree Earnest.  Mrs. Kent had a heart for children and spent most of her life caring for many while working in childcare. She loved animals, adding many cats and dogs to her household throughout her life. She was very supportive of her husband’s music ministry for the Gospel. Mrs. Kent was a wonderful, faithful wife and mother who loved her family dearly.    

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Donald Jerome Kent.  

 She is survived by her loving family who will miss her dearly.
