MOULTRIE, GA – David Lamar Lollar, 57, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022, at his home.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Cobb Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Born January 25, 1965, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late James Junior Lollar and Mary Elizabeth Cobb Lollar. Mr. Lollar cherished his daughters, grandchildren, and his canine family members. He will be remembered as a man who helped everyone he could even if it cost him his last dollar. Mr. Lollar had a huge heart but could show a little bit of a stubborn streak at times. Mr. Lollar was a Veteran having served honorably in the United States Army. He accomplished many things in life, but he considered his greatest accomplishment to be his family. He will be greatly missed by his many family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by his brother Chris Lollar.
Survivors include his daughters, Santana Kirkland and husband, Kevin of Norman Park, Shena Lollar of Tampa, FL and his “canine daughter” Bit; his grandchildren, Destiny Kirkland, Daisha Kirkland, Denim Kirkland, Bailey Kirkland, Kailey Kirkland and his “canine grandchild, Asher; his sisters, Vickie Fender and husband Ricky of Ellenton, Glenda Kimbell, and Mary Vaugh and husband Joe, all of Moultrie; the mother of his children, Trina Lollar of Moultrie, his sister-in-law, Suzanne Lollar and special cousins, Brady and Marie Ellis along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members.
