Edris Barlow Parrish

MOULTRIE, GA – Edris Barlow Parrish, 77, of Moultrie, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023, in Kathleen, GA. A private graveside service was held in Westview Cemetery. Born April 4, 1946, in Moultrie, GA, she was the daughter of the late Lincoln Barlow and Mildred Dunn Barlow. Mrs. Edris was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved the Lord, her family, and her church family. Mrs. Edris was a wonderful, caring, wife, mother, and grandmother, who was an important part of her family’s lives, especially her grandchildren. She always made sure her family came first and they were her whole life. Mrs. Edris will be missed by many, but we know that Heaven gained an angel. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alton James “Butch” Parrish. Survivors include her children, Holly Parrish Wysong and husband Craig of Bonaire, Natasha Parrish Dauphin and husband Duane of Winder; mother, Mildred Dunn Barlow; bonus son, Alton James “Jay” Parrish, II and wife Carolyn of Moultrie; grandchildren, Ashlee Renee Parrish and fiancé Burton Brown, Kaylee Rebecca Wysong, Jackson Alan Wysong, David Barlow Dauphin, Daniel James Dauphin and Landon James Wysong.
