Elizabeth Juanita Eddings Tucker

MOULTRIE, GA- Elizabeth Juanita Tucker, 89, of Moultrie, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, February 6, 2023, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with Rev. Julian Griner officiating. Interment will be in Cobb Suncrest. The family will receive friends from 2-2:45 PM Monday at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Casketbearers will be Forest Yarbrough, Michael Peacock, Gatlyn Peacock, and Ken Pitts. Born April 20, 1933, in Brooks County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Grady Eddings and Mandy Caroline Eddings. Mrs. Tucker was loving and caring mother and grandmother who cherished her family above all else, especially her beloved granddaughter, Kinley. She was a strong willed and independent lady who faced life with a determination to succeed. Mrs. Tucker liked to color and complete word puzzles, but she enjoyed drinking her coffee best. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Elvis Jovis Eddings and Willie B. Eddings; sisters, Omie Lillian Eddings, Dicey Suber and Odell Tillie Mercer. Survivors include her children, Lesha Angela Tucker, Jeffery Clay Tucker, and Tina Beth Yarbrough and husband Forest Lynn, all of Moultrie; her granddaughter and apple of her eye, Kinley Elizabeth Weldon; along with several extended family members and friends.
