Geraldine Davis Williamson

Geraldine Davis Williamson, 92, of Moultrie, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Solid Rock Church with the Reverend Winston Baker officiating.  Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Casketbearers will be Daryl Williamson, Jerod Williamson, Austin Williamson, Justin Winders, Tim Covin and Joey Bozeman.

Born April 20, 1929, in Mitchell County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Payton A. Davis and Ruthie Jane Holland Davis.  Mrs. Williamson retired from Riverside Manufacturing Company as a seamstress and was a member of Solid Rock Church.    She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, who loved her family dearly and enjoyed family gatherings.   She was a devoted Christian woman who loved the Lord and her church family. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jack Williamson; son, Darrell Alton Williamson.

Survivors include her son, Carl Williamson and wife Angie of Moultrie; grandchildren, Jerod Williamson and wife Shanna, Austin Williamson, Daryl Williamson and wife Sarah; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Williamson, Annie Grace Williamson and Faith Williamson.
