Inez Driggers Williams, 86, of Moultrie, died Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, graveside service will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Stephan Massey officiating.
Honorary casketbearers will be her grandsons and Carson Spivey.
Born March 21, 1934 in New Brockton, AL, she was the daughter of the late E. Lee Driggers and Esther Lamb Driggers. Mrs. Williams was a wonderful full-time Christian mother and housewife that took loving care of her family. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and a former member and Sunday School teacher at Memorial Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Johnny Junior Williams; brother, Donnie Driggers.
Survivors include her son, Danny Williams and wife Jane of Clover, SC; daughters, Connie Southwell and husband Edgar, Cathy Smith all of Moultrie; brothers, Joe Driggers and wife Patsy of New Brockton, AL, Ronnie Driggers and wife Ann of Prattville, AL; grandchildren, Chip Jackson and wife Lynn, Denver Spivey and husband Carson, Will Southwell and wife Megan, Jason Williams and wife Lacey, Jon Williams and wife Jennifer, Allison Williams; eleven great-grandchildren.
