Joe was a well-respected and greatly loved southern gentleman who graciously served people in Colquitt County and throughout the state of Georgia. Joe was the president of BVC Distributing, serving the agribusiness community. Pursuing a joint vision with friends Roy Strange and Dick Traylor, Joe was instrumental in forming the “Hogeye City Merchants” in 1978.
