Joseph Thomas Owen

Joseph Thomas Owen, 61, of Moultrie, GA, passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Born June 30, 1961, in Hudson, New York, he was the son of the late Joseph Edwin Owen and Anna Anderson Owen. Mr. Owen was a machine technician who was employed at Moultrie Appliance Parts. He was a true outdoorsman who loved camping, swimming, and cooking out with friends and family. His family was his heart, and he loved to spend time with them. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Harran and Jimmy Harran. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Marie Cole Owen; sons, David Owen of Moultrie, Damion Acert Owen of North Carolina, and Joseph Cole of Moultrie; siblings, Dana Owen, Lisa Owen, and J. P.
