SPRINGFIELD, GA - Mrs. Marcia Danford Troutman, 44, of Springfield, GA, passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2024, at Memorial Hospital in Savannah.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the Crown Hill Mausoleum Chapel in Albany, GA with Brother Jason Boyd officiating. Entombment will follow in the Crown Hill Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Her sons and brothers will have the honor of serving as her casketbearers.
Born October 25, 1980, in Albany, GA, she was the daughter of Arthur Easom, Sr. and the late Margaret Vititoe Easom. Mrs. Marcia spent her life being the best mother, GiGi, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend she could be to her family and friends. She was known as “Mama Marcia” to many children who considered her a second mama in their lives. Mrs. Marcia loved her family more than anything in this world and took great joy in being “Gigi” to her grandbabies. She loved her dogs like children and enjoyed spending time with them too. Mrs. Marcia enjoyed cooking and helping others. Her sweet voice, laughter, and caring nature will be missed by her family and friends. Mrs. Marcia loved Jesus and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gerald Vititoe, Sr. and Judith Vititoe.
Survivors include her sons, Alex Maloy and fiancé Ashley, Robbie Troutman, and Cayden “KK” Troutman; grandbabies, Bentley, Paislee, Anna Belle, and Cole; her twin brother, Michael Danford; brothers, AJ Eason, and Steven Danford; along with a large number of extended family members and friends.
For those desiring, memorial donations may be made in her memory to a local Humane Society or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
