Maxine Rochella Bailey Perryman

HARTSFIELD, GA- Maxine Rochella Bailey Perryman, 87, of Hartsfield, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend John E. Patten officiating.  Interment will be in Westview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 PM on Saturday at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Honorary casketbearers will be Tyler Perryman, Warren Funderburk, Mitchell Hawes, and Wade Hawes.

Born October 10, 1935, in Thomasville, Georgia she was the daughter of the late George Washington Bailey and Ocie Truluck Bailey.  Mrs. Perryman was a homemaker and a member of Hartsfield Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Willie Fitzhugh Perryman, Jr.

Survivors include her children, Craig Perryman and wife Amy of Hartsfield, Monica Funderburk and husband Al of Hartsfield, Melanie Hawes and husband Dr. Robert of Moultrie; grandchildren, Tyler Perryman and wife Leanna, Aubrey Anna Coleman and husband Chad, Everley Welch and husband Teddy, Elle Perryman, Abbey Pitts and husband Cole, Warren Funderburk, Mitchell Hawes and wife Ivey, Wade Hawes, Bailey Hawes Barber and husband Will; seven great-grandchildren and 1 in the oven.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hartsfield Baptist Church, Colquitt Regional Hospice, PO Box 3548, Moultrie, Ga. 31771 and or Alzheimer’s Association, Georgia Chapter, 225 East 2^nd Street (Tift Ave), Tifton, GA. 31794.
