Novella Faye Barton Burnham

MOULTRIE, GA – Novella Faye Barton Burnham, 76, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday April 1, 2025, Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Lamar Burkett officiating. Interment will be in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 2:00- 2:45 PM, Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Casketbearers will be Aaron Burnham, Devin McDuffie, Justin Griffin, Wendell Willoughby, Ashton Willoughby, and Fernando Salas.

Born July 13, 1948, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late William Troy Barton and Minnie Lee Kelley Barton. Mrs. Faye was a retired seamstress and also was a retired sales associate at Wal-Mart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Darrell Burnham; brothers, William Barton, Herman Barton, Gene Barton, Willard Barton, Dennis Barton and Troy Barton; sisters, Corrine Willoughby and Betty Hall.

Survivors include her children, Donna Burnham, Jerry Burnham and Sherri Tyler and husband, Brendon; grandchildren, Danny Dangar, Brandon Garrett and fiancé, Kayley, Austin Garrett and wife, Jessica, Jerry Burnham, Jr and fiancé, Holly, Aaron Burnham, Bethany Holweger, Katelynn Holweger and fiancé, Nathan, Olan “Bubba” Holweger and Christian Deberry; great-grandchildren, Levi Dangar, Lane Dangar, Briar Garrett, Grace Roe, Christopher Garrett, Elijah, Katey Burnham and Mia Weber; siblings, Elizabeth Barton and Glenn Barton and wife, Linda; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
