Pablo Rivera Cervantez

 Pablo Rivera Cervantez, 70, of Moultrie, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Josue Rivera and the Reverend Alfredo Ceniceros officiating.  Interment will follow in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00PM Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Casketbearers will be Salvador Rivera, Saul Rivera, Arturo Malagon, Jonathan Malagon, Daniel Rivera, Arturo Espinoza, Arnulfo Espinosa, Raul Rivera, Emanuel Rivera and Alfonso Torres.

Born March 12, 1951 in Guanajuato, Mexico, he was the son of the late Faustino Rivera and Maria Cervantez.  Mr. Rivera was employed at Mobley Plant Company and was a member of Heritage Church.   He loved his family, grandchildren, and wife of 53 years and enjoyed farming.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Peter Torres and four siblings.  

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Eustolia Rivera of Moultrie; children, Salvador Rivera and Veronica Negrete of Mexico, Alicia Rivera and Alfonso Torres, Saul Rivera and Shanta Rivera, Veronica Rivera and Arturo Malagon all of Moultrie, Josue Rivera and Christina Rivera of West Virginia; grandchildren, Yasmin Malagon and Arnulfo Aparicio, Martha Torres, Kelly Torres and Raymond Garcia, Jonathan Malagon, Emanuel Rivera, Rebecca Rivera, Brianna Rivera, Daniel Rivera-Michelle Rivera, Leah Rivera, Jaylin Malagon, Nayla Rivera, Josue II Rivera, Makayli Rivera, Adien Rivera, Jocob Rivera, Jeremiha Rivera; great-grandchildren, Nathalie Aparicio, Raymon Garcia, Mayelie Aparicio; ten brothers and sisters and other family members.
