Paul Lively

Paul Lively, 91, of Moultrie, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at his home.

          A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 9, 2021, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Ronnie Wills and Mr. David Brown.  Private inurnment will be in Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the memorial service at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

          Born March 5, 1930, in Swainsboro, GA, he was the son of the late John Mack Lively and Naomi Moxley Lively.  Mr. Lively was a retired Field Engineer with Unisys Corporation, with thirty-three years of service.  He was a member of First United Methodist Church.

          He was preceded in death by his first wife, Hazel Dean Lively; son, David Lively; sister, Virginia Jarrett.

Survivors include his wife, Esther Weeks Vick Lively of Moultrie, GA; children, Thomas Wayne Lively and Becky of Fernandina Beach, FL, Janet K. Carter and Mickey of Moultrie, GA; daughter-in-law, Ann Lively of Hilton Head, S.C.; grandchildren, Michael Lively and Allison, Ashley McLean and Cord, Jonathan Lively and Alexa, Kelli Shambayati and Daniel, Kristen Daniel and Justin, Russell Carter and Lindsay; great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Lively, Lily Lively, Maddox McLean, Grayson McLean, Nora Daniel, Nealy Daniel, Whit Daniel, Naomi Daniel, Gage Carter, Anaka Carter, Lilly Davis, Caleb Deming, Rowan Lively; step-children, Dennis Vick and Jacquie of Greer, SC, Judy Whitehead and Cliff of Hoschton, GA, Steve Vick and Marsha of Moultrie, GA; step-grandchildren, Jonathan Vick and Sara, Taylor Vick and Rachel, Marianna Vick, Jamie Bennett and Michael, Victoria Blount and Terrance, Julianne Whitehead, Jessica Vick, Steven Vick; eight step-great-grandchildren.
