Randall Josh Willis

QUITMAN, GA – Randall Josh Willis, 48, of Quitman, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

No formal services are planned.

Born June 15, 1974, in Colquitt County, Georgia, he was son of Mildred Folds Willis of Moultrie and the late Donald Eugene Willis.  Mr. Willis was a caretaker at Okapilco Plantation and was a member of the Church of Latter-day Saints.  He loved his kids, wife, and dog.   Mr. Willis enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and hunting and loved cooking and eating a good meal.  He was a kindhearted man who loved talking to others and always willing to help others. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Willis.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Christie Nan Johnson Willis of Quitman; children, Heather Vick and husband Jesse of Quitman, Randall Willis, Jr. and wife Katie of Thomasville, Rachel Willis and Daylon Manning of Valdosta, Lilly Willis; grandchildren, Noah, Alexandria, Kaylee, and Jesse, Jr.; siblings, Greg Willis and wife Kim, Freddie Willis and wife Jennifer, Sandra Myrick and husband Bobby, Donna Carpenter and husband Mike; numerous extended family members and friends.
