Randolph "Randy" Spradley

Randolph Larry “Randy” Spradley, age 80, of Moultrie passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday April 27, 2023 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with Rev. Marlon Daniels officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 6-8 pm at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Randy was born April 20, 1943 in Moultrie the son of the late Christine Elizabeth Carr Spradley and Rudolph Samuel Spradley. He was a fabrication engineer. He loved his family. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, building wooden cars and trucks, reading, history and telling tall tales. He worked on several projects making ornamental iron works around the country. Randy is preceded in death by his parents and brother Samuel Timothy Spradley. He is survived by his wife Nancy Daniel Spradley of Moultrie; children Lisa Spradley Pitts and husband Rufus, Laura Spradley Beason and husband Tim both of Moultrie and Randolph Larry Spradley, Jr and wife Larhonda of Adel; grandchildren Elissa Danielle Powell, Julie Rachel Kirkpatrick, Rufus Jennings Pitts, Rebecca B. Cook, Anna Laura B. Bentley, Timothy Lanier Beason, Jr., Adam Troy Tillery, Hayli E. Spradley and Ashleigh S. Aldridge; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Anna Rebecca "Becky" Edmondson and husband Mike; his canine friends Bella and Taz and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
