Rosa Elena Lopez

Rosa Elena Lopez, 64, of Moultrie passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with Pastor Alfredo Ceniceros officiating.   Interment will following in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 10-10:45 AM Saturday at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Casketbearers will be Cristian D. Miranda, Marco A. Miranda, Mario R. Lopez, Nelson D. Portillo, Dennis A. Portillo, Fernando Bueso, Wilmer Orellana, and Roger Galvez.

Born May 8, 1957, in Copan Honduras, she was the daughter of the late Pedro Antonio Lopez and Guillermina Miranda.  Mrs. Rosa was a seamstress at Woodhaven Furniture and a dedicated member of Herencia Cristiana.  She was a loving, caring person who always had a smile on her face, and she never met a stranger.  Mrs. Rosa loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time and cooking for them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Maria Luisa Lopez Miranda.

Survivors include her husband, Pedro Hernandez Martinez of Moultrie; children, Mayra Lopez of Charlotte, NC, Karla Lopez of Moultrie, Liliana C. Lopez of Honduras, Adriana Abigail Lopez of Moultrie; two granddaughters and ten grandsons; brothers, Oswaldo Lopez Miranda, Guillermo Lopez Miranda, Adan Lopez Miranda all of Honduras; sisters, Eva Lopez Miranda of Moultrie, Dilcia Lopez Miranda, Maria Del Carmen Lopez Miranda, Petrona Lopez Miranda, Maria Soledad Lopez Miranda all of Honduras.
