Scottie L. Freeman

Scottie Lynn Freeman, 58, of Moultrie, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at New Elm Church Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Waird and Rev. Billy Wilkes officiating. 

The family will greet friends after the service.

Born January 11, 1964, in Moultrie, GA he was the son of John Donald and Nancy Davis Freeman.  Mr. Freeman was employed as a Truck Driver for Helena Chemicals.  He enjoyed reading, singing, and playing jokes on his brothers.  He would talk to anyone who would listen and made an effort to help everyone he could.   He also loved a good meal that he could share with others.  Mr. Freeman had many joys in life, but his greatest love was his family.

Mr. Freeman was preceded in death by his father, John Freeman and his grandparents.

Survivors include his daughter, Heather Hall and husband Wade of Moultrie, his son, Thomas Freeman of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Wesley Hall and Adysen Hall; his brothers, Randy Freeman, Royce Freeman, Steve Freeman and wife Angie and Jamie Freeman all of Moultrie and a host of numerous extended family members and friends.
