Serenity & Sienna Tapia

MOULTRIE, GA- Infants Serenity and Sienna Tapia passed away December 8, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Serenity and Sienna were the twin daughters of Julina Tapia and Jerry Ladauris Jabrice McIntosh of Moultrie. They were preceded in death by their paternal grandfather, Larry Lewis. Survivors left to mourn their passing include their parents, Julina Tapia and Jerry Ladauris Jabrice McIntosh; sister, Alaia Rose; maternal grandmother, Mildred Garcia of Moultrie; maternal grandfather, Edward Tapia of Florida; maternal great grandmothers, Myriam Batysta and Juana Tapia, both of Pennsylvania; paternal grandmother, Chantae Lee “Jonathon” of Norman Park; paternal grandfather, Jerry McIntosh of Moultrie; paternal great grandmothers, Barbara Lewis and Louise Hernandez, both of Moultrie; and a large number of extended family members.
