Sharon Norman Veasey

Sharon Norman Veasey, 55, of Moultrie, passed away Monday, April 18, 2022, at her home with family.  

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, April 22, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church of Moultrie with the Reverend Dr. Todd Cason officiating.  Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memory Gardens. 

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Born October 4, 1966, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of Dartha Nell Vickers Norman of Moultrie and the late Bobby Lee Norman.  Ms. Veasey was a former school administrator at Charlie A. Gray School.  She loved her family and her school kids dearly.  In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the beach, reading books and spending time with her family and friends.   Ms. Veasey touched many lives, and she will be missed by many.   

In addition to her mother, survivors include her children, Lee Veasey of Jacksonville, Florida, Laura Harrison and husband Jim of Moultrie, Georgia; nephews, TJ Norman and JR Chris; niece, Madison Chris; brother, Tracy Norman and wife Jocelyn of Valdosta, Georgia.
