Sharon Bryant Warren, 73, of Coolidge, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 12, 2021, at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky McLaughlin and Rev. Stanley Norman officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM Monday at Pine Grove Baptist Church.
Casketbearers will be Shannon Allen, Wade Burnette, Carlton Tucker, Chris Burnette, Tommy Warren, Jr., Josh Burnette and Reese Smith.
Born July 6, 1948 in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Gene Randolph Bryant and Ruth Crumbley Bryant. Mrs. Warren retired from the Georgia Department of Pardon and Paroles and was a member of Moultrie Church of God. Mrs. Warren loved attending sings, enjoyed crocheting, needlework, flowers and gardening. She was a compassionate lady, who’s calling was to assist and serve the elderly. Mrs. Warren attended the Police Academy and was a police officer with the Warner Robins Police Department and later became an investigator.
Survivors include her son, Shane Warren of Boston; brother and sisters, Janice Marchant of Boston, Alice Bryant of Thomasville, Mary Miller of Moultrie, Randy Bryant and wife Kathy of Coolidge, Ruby French of Kathleen, Vickie Burnette of Coolidge; numerous other nieces, nephews and other family members; special friend, Martha Jean Whiterington of Warner Robins.
