MOULTRIE, GA – Tiny Jordan Blackburn, 87, of Moultrie, passed away Monday, April 21, 2025, at Colquitt Regional Senior Care and Rehabilitation with her loving family and pastor by her side.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Moultrie Church of God with the Reverend Ricky McLaughlin officiating. A private interment will be in Westview Cemetery.
The family will receive family and friends from 1:00-1:45 PM Wednesday at Moultrie Church of God.
Casketbearers will be Arnold Dell, Bo Sweat, Allen Blackburn, Donald Padgett, Jason Burns, and Stanley Jordan.
Born November 25, 1937, in Thomasville, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late John Jordan and Jewel Johnson Jordan. Mrs. Tiny retired after many years of service from Carriage Cleaners and was an active member of the Moultrie Church of God. She loved the Lord, her family, her church family, and friends. Mrs. Tiny enjoyed the Mountain Movers group and taught Children’s Sunday School. She was a blessing to many, especially her nieces, and nephews who she took special care of when they were younger. Mrs. Tiny was famous for her pecan pies, everyone loved them. She enjoyed puzzle searches, and attending family reunions and gatherings.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Marion Shirley Blackburn; siblings, Pauline Phillips, Viola Sterling, Walter Jordan, Juanita Burns, Joe Jordan, Eulis Jordon, Eula Jordan, and Willie Jordan.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Jordan, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other extended family members and friends. A special thank you to Arnold Dell, Maxine Dell, Missy Dell, and Molly Dell for their love, support, and care.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Moultrie Church of God in memory of Mrs. Tiny.
