Wyman Luther Norman, Sr., 80, of Moultrie died Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Archbold Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, November 19, 2021 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Moultrie with the Reverend James Pendell officiating.
Born November 19, 1939 in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Luther Norman and Cora Tillman Norman. Mr. Norman was a United States Air Force Veteran and retired self-employed construction worker. He was a member of China Grove Baptist Church. His family remembers how he loved his family and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Wyman Luther “Buckshot” Norman, Jr.; stepdaughter, Jeannie Carter; great-grandson, Declan Meister.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Deal Norman of Moultrie; children, Nick Norman and Brenda of Hartsfield, Jeanie Meister and Brad of Madison, FL; step-children, Cindy Peters and Marvin of Moultrie, Nancy Hancock and Wandell of Moultrie, Sandra Hutchins and Ron of Moultrie, Susan Musgrove of Moultrie; thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Norman of Moultrie, Sue Stout of Denver, CO; brother, Wandall Norman and Debbie of Moultrie.
