"Zeb" Zeblon Richard Scott

Zeblon “Zeb” Richard Scott, 49, of Moultrie, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born August 12, 1972, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late Ricky Steve Scott and Melissa Marcell Carter Scott.  Zeb was a foreman at Georgia Ag. and was of the Baptist faith.  He loved his family and enjoyed attending family gatherings.  Zeb was an avid football and Nascar fan.  He loved all things outdoors especially hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roy Scott; maternal grandfather, Zeblon Vance Carter; uncle, Ruis Bates. 

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Alicia Brogdon Scott of Moultrie, GA; daughter, Kalee Brooke Scott and fiancée Andrew Bass of Moultrie, GA; maternal grandmother, Earnestine Carter of Moultrie, GA; paternal grandmother, Wynema Scott of Funston, GA; aunt (who was like a second mother) Kay Bates of Moultrie, GA; mother and father-in-law, Debbie and Joe Brogdon of Cordele, GA; sister-in-law, Jodi Ingram  and husband Danny of Kathleen, GA; nephews, Hunter Coleman and  Hudson Coleman of Cordele, GA; grandmother-in-law, Kathryn Lopau of Cordele, GA; best friend, Austin Stillwell of Cordele, GA.
